We support that you can exchange or return products you received from curtainshomesale.com which problem due to us within 3 days (since you received the goods, which is subject to sign for the parcel).
If no problem ,we can’t get the return ,since it is hand custom made order and each spend so much time and energy ,pls provide detailed pictures to show us problems. (pls do not show us exactly same pictures online but mean quality not same ) ?
we sincerely hope you can contact our customer service first. If you did not contact our customer service but directly return the goods, our company will reject it no matter what reasons. (the address with package is for courier company not ours) So please communicate with our customer service first and get the return address, in case any unnecessary loss happens to both parties.
We can’t get the return if product has no problem since it is hand custom made order ,but can sell online for you, Sell your item for cash to other curtainshomesale.com customers (no listing fees for individual seller, set your own price, pay only when your item sells),
We will refuse to accept returned goods according to the following situations:
1) Goods that were not sold from curtainshomesale.com.
2) Curtains that has been used, moved tags, washed or soaked in the water.
3) Quality problems that are caused by abnormal use, storage or maintenance.
4) Goods that have been clipped or altered.
5) you do wrong measurements or wrong details.
6) Color within the allowed range and degree of blackout
7) there is no problem with order but you mean not like it or not match room
8).which you can't intall, suggest to ask a plumber for help If you want to return or exchange goods, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. All goods that you returned should keep the completion of tags and packing, and in the condition that do not affect re-sale.

Our Cancellation Policy:
For All Custom Made orders and All Standard Size orders
1.Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3.Orders cancelled 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price.
4.Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.
5.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
